When I run FSX, I get an error stating the following: Flight Simulator has detected a problem with a third-party software program (add-on): Name: FSUIPC4 DLL: FS new universal IPC interface Version: 4.956 Company: Peter L.
Un Fsuipc Fsx .Dll Do YouDowson File: ModulesFsuipc4.dll Do you want to run this software (not recommended) To avoid seeing this message in the future, uninstall this program or disable its ability to start when running Flight Simulator. So now, I set up my flight in FSX, hit Fly Now, allow it to load, and then once its loaded and Im in, I open up ACARS. I get the following messages in green: DVA ACARS version 3.2 (Build 117) started Detected FSUIPC Bridge to MSFSPrepar3D Immediately followed by this in red: Maybe running on WideClient, but FS not running on Server, or wrong FSUIPC I can connect okay, but when I hit Start Flight, I get the folowing pop-up: MSFSPrepar3D is not ready to fly. I also get the following message in ACARS in red: Maybe running on WideClient, but FS not running on Server, or wrong FSUIPC As well as this in orange: Not Connected As a result of all this, I am not able to run ACARS during my flights. I flew a flight last night and filed a non-ACARS flight report, but obviously those dont count towards advancement and all, so I need to resolve this issue. The only solution I could find online was to Keep clicking Yes until FSX loads, and then it will work from then on. However, after clicking Yes what seems like a hundred times, still nothing. Does anyone have a working workaround andor solution Id appreciate the help. Plus most of the fleet installers contain a version of FSUIPC. I deleted the FSUIPC files from my Modules folder within FSX, and reinstalled FSUIPC from. Still getting that error message, and clicking Yes still crashes FSX. Any other possible solutions or workarounds would be very helpful. You will see three folders (FSX-RTM, FSX-SP1, and FSX-XPACK). Please re-run the FSUIPC installer - you can get it from here.
